  I have gone to this clinic off and on for 5 years. At first it took some time for everyone to get to know each other so to speak, but very soon it was comfortable and the staff at the windows checking in patients were kind and friendly. Gail Heinz was a very caring and personable professional. If she comes across as bossy at first, it is because she is taking a strong interest in you as a patient and she wants you to get the best care possible. I recommend this clinic highly.

  My 4 year old daughter was seen here and was having a very serious problem, the nurse practitioner was extremely polite BUT didn't call for cultures or take any urine samples. She simply looked at the problem area and just assigned a topical cream..the next day I had to bring my daughter back bc symptoms were worse..I had to wait in the waiting room for 40 minutes before she was seen although I let the staff know TWICE that she had an allergic reaction to the topical cream, they told me they needed to see other patients first! After being called back I demanded that a urine sample must be sent to the lab.... 5 days later it comes back positive of some type of bacteria. If I would have not demanded a urine sample to be sent to labs my daughter possibly could be having kidney failure or something much worse. MAL PRACTICE was done here and may not have been intentional but it was done by overlooking the problem and waving us off with no cultures or urine samples taken. The volume of patients seen at this clinic is outrageous and could be why we weren't given the time of day! The staff had a nice demeanor to them but they're always rushing around like chickens with their heads cut off.
